The Local Organizing Committee of the 6^th IATIS Conference is pleased to provide a list of accommodation offers to conference delegates. Please refer to the details of each accommodation option. Room reservation must be made directly with the hotel by completing the relevant reservation form and returning it to the hotel of your choice by email. Inquiry should be made directly to them by email. You are reminded to note the cancellation policy of each accommodation option.

All accommodation offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and the rates may be subject to change without prior notice. All dates are shown in Hong Kong Time [GMT+8].

1) University-based Option

i. Dr Ng Tor Tai International House (All rooms have been reserved.)

A guesthouse run by the University, it is in a very convenient location, just next to the conference venues.

2) Outside Campus Options (With special rates and coach transfer in the mornings)

i. Royal Plaza Hotel

5 minutes' MTR ride plus 10 minutes’ walk from the campus. Situated next to an MTR station and a large shopping mall. 10 minutes' walk to city centre – Mongkok.
**[Update] Coach transfer is provided at 8:00am on 3 July and 8:20am on 4-6 July from hotel to Hong Kong Baptist University during the conference period.**
