The new Council has a worldwide reputation and represents significant voices of research, industry practices, and boundary-breaking commitments in the realm of translation, interpreting, and intercultural studies. The new Executive Council will be officially introduced at the 8th IATIS International Conference: Sustainable Translation in the Age of Knowledge Extraction, Generation, and (Re)Creation to take place in Oman from 10 -13 December 2025.
