You will responsible for teaching, student learning and support and administration of modules on the MA and BA Translation courses (including blended learning mode). The post involves teaching,supervision and administration of modules in electronic tools for Translation, Information and terminology management for translation, web based resources for translation and localisation.
You will be expected to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students and undertake research responsibilities and strengthen links with the industry and the translation profession.
You will have professional competence in English and another language and a post-graduate qualification in Translation and/or professional experience as a translator.
Recent experience in the teaching of Translation at university level is considered important, as is the availability to start as soon as possible.
