The role holder will be responsible for teaching, supervising, marking and carrying out associated administrative duties on relevant undergraduate and taught programmes in the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures, predominantly in the area of Spanish and Translation studies.
Applicants should hold a PhD (or near completion by the time the post begins), or equivalent qualification, in a relevant field and be a native or near-native speaker of Spanish. The ability to teach interpreting would be an advantage.
This position is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis from 1 September 2018 until 30 June 2019. Job share arrangements may be considered.
