The Department of Language and Linguistic Science is seeking to appoint an Associate Lecturer to teach on the final year Translation modules for Spanish. The successful candidate will contribute to the administration of the Spanish degree programme and will participate in the development of teaching materials. They will have an Honours degree (or equivalent) in Spanish. Alternatively, if a Spanish native speaker, they will have an Honours degree in a relevant subject. They will have a postgraduate qualification in Translation or Interpreting or relevant experience in the field. Teaching experience in Translation in higher education is essential.
